The Mitaka Veterinary Medical Group was established in 1977 and is one of the largest veterinary practices in Japan. We treat a wide variety of companion animals, including dogs, cats, caged birds, wild birds, raccoons, iguanas, rabbits, tortoises, monkeys, skunks, gerbils, chinchillas, hamsters, hedgehogs, panda mice, ferrets, prairie dogs, guinea pigs, squirrels etc.

We provide emergency services and are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mitaka Veterinary Medical Group is a full service & 24 hour emergency service animal hospital serving Musashino City in the suburbs of the Tokyo region.

The clinic is only 8 minutes by foot from JR Mitaka station. After exiting from the North Exit of JR mitaka station, walk down on the central avenue about 8 minutes, and it will be on your right side.

We are happy to treat dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, rodents,guinea pigs, reptiles, turtles , hedgehogs, and other exotics, as well as amphibians.

The Mitaka Veterinary Medical Group was established in 1977 & NiizaVeterinary Medical Group was established in 1996 and is located in Tokyo & Saitama, Japan. Mitaka Veterinary Medical Group has grown from three veterinarians and a VT staff of two to a now robust staff of 8-10 doctors and a 6-8 VTs.
